Account access may not be transferred to any other person.

 

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS & FULFILLMENT

Lozel is an online women's clothing boutique. We offer a curated selection of dresses, tops, sets, and bottoms. Orders are fulfilled by trusted third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you from their facilities.

Product images and descriptions are provided for reference only. Actual colours may vary depending on your device settings. We recommend consulting our size guide on each product page before ordering. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at any time.

 

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until payment is processed and we confirm acceptance. Please review your size, colour, and item selection carefully before submitting — cancellations may not be possible once an order is accepted.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy available at lozelofficial.com. Purchases are intended for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

 

SECTION 4 — PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated, prices exclude applicable taxes, customs duties, import charges, and shipping fees — these are displayed at checkout.

You warrant that: (i) your payment information is accurate and complete; (ii) you are authorised to use the payment method provided; and (iii) you will promptly update your information if it changes.

 

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. 

All delivery times are estimates. We work closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely arrival; however, we are not liable for unexpected delays caused by customs processing or severe events outside our control. We take responsibility for your order during transit. If an item is lost or damaged before it safely arrives at your specified delivery address, please contact us immediately so we can issue a replacement or refund. Multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

 

SECTION 6 — EU & UK CONSUMER RIGHTS: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (the "Cooling-Off Period").

To exercise this right, notify us at support@lozelofficial.com before the 14-day period expires. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

This right does not apply to items that are personalised or where hygiene seals have been broken.

EU and UK customers are also entitled to products of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product is defective or does not conform to the description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under applicable consumer law.

 

SECTION 7 — PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at lozelofficial.com. Our Services are hosted by Shopify; information you submit is also subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy.

For customers in the European Union and United Kingdom, we process personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR respectively. For California residents, your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) are described in our Privacy Policy.

Your information may be shared with Shopify and third-party fulfilment partners solely to process and ship your orders.

Shopify's name and trademarks are property of Shopify Inc.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk. We may also offer third-party tools "as is" and without warranty; use of such tools is at your own discretion.

If you submit reviews, suggestions, or other feedback, you grant Lozel a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and publish such content for any purpose, including to improve and promote our Services. You represent that you own or have the rights to all feedback submitted.

You may use our Services for lawful, personal purposes only. You may not:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You and Lozel consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India for any disputes arising under these Terms.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. These Terms do not limit or override any rights you have under those laws.

 

SECTION 15 — GENERAL

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lozel.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights without notice.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law and will take effect on the date specified.
