Because we specialise in on-demand streetwear and apparel clothing, processing times allow us to ensure quality control checks before shipment. You will receive an email notification containing your tracking information the moment your package is handed over to the carrier.

  • Free Shipping to the UK and the EU

MULTIPLE PACKAGES (SPLIT SHIPMENTS)

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in separate packages. Because we source our apparel from specialised international fulfillment hubs, different pieces of your order might be processed and shipped at slightly different times. If your order arrives partially filled, please do not worry — the remaining items are safely on their way. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each individual package.

Every single package is shipped using a fully tracked, secure service. Once your tracking number becomes active, you can monitor its journey directly through our website.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

Orders are generally shipped with duties pre-arranged. However, local customs policies vary, and international packages may occasionally incur minor customs fees or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined entirely by local border authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please reach out to our team immediately at support@lozelofficial.com with your order number and any relevant photos. We will coordinate directly with our logistics partners to issue a replacement or a full refund where appropriate.
